I am an AFAB person with PCOS. I’ve struggled with extremely thick and stubborn facial hair due to the imbalance of my hormones, coupled with very sensitive skin. The constant every day battle with my facial hair, my skin, really drained my confidence and healthy ego regarding my face and appearance. Tatyana was knowledgeable, understanding, and personable. She was able to give educated advice to advise a best course of action, and I moved forward with laser hair removal. Each appointment she was professional and kind, and very patient with some of my anxieties and awkwardness that can come with being a neurodivergent person. She never made me feel uncomfortable with myself, and was easy going. Tatyana also assisted with after care advice for my skin, and was kind enough to let me use their products to clean my face after my appointments.
